Proper screening is required. If you cannot follow my simple instructions, you certainly will not be able to follow more complex activities. RS2K members are welcome and can access a separate form here.

Full, verifiable information required. If you’re worried about some sort of imagined power imbalance, then perhaps femdomme isn’t for you.

Passing screening is the easiest thing you can do for me. I’ll contact you and we proceed from there.

Payable through Vanilla Visa card or physical Amazon gift card.

Purchase one these cards at a store with cash prior to filling out the form below as you’ll need images of the card to upload. This method is simple, quick, and does not not create a paper trail.

Remove all cardboard packaging and any stickers/gunk on the card. Photograph the front and back of the Vanilla Visa card as I require the credit card information on it.

Or photograph the claim code on the back of the Amazon card. Upload the images as the final step of the screening form.

This is a very simple method. It almost does all my screening for me, but I still need to verify your real-world information.

You get one shot, one opportunity. Own it.

Basic Verification

The little red stars are required information. Missing a required field means the form won’t submit.
If you are retired, then I need to know how you spend your time, preferably with links to your prior career or organizations with which you’re currently involved. Your public running record. Anything that verifies your name and how you spend your time.

The Fun Stuff

Please add a small amount of clarifying detail about the session you chose, if needed, especially if travel is involved. Particular interests are covered in the next section.

Introduce Yourself

Brevity is encouraged. I want to know about your interests and your own self. Tell me where our BDSM interests converge. This isn’t verification in the strictest sense, I’m looking for compatibility. Save detailed fantasies and vulgar language for interviews or sessions.
